1. Design
The appearance of the screen changer looks similar, but the internal design is different. The big difference lies in the different sealing methods. At that time, the technical content of this is that there must be a gap for pushing and pulling activities to change the screen, and at the same time, there must be no leakage. There are not many screen changer manufacturers on the market that can do this. Another way to seal is through soft sealing, that is, using materials of different hardness for sealing. 2. Material
The key components of high-quality screen changers are made of special alloy steel. After corresponding heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches a reasonable height, so the friction of the hard seal ensures the matching accuracy of the gap. The hardness of ordinary steel cannot be achieved, and pushing and pulling will cause strain and leakage. At the same time, the material of the screen changer connection body will also be different, including forging parts, steel parts, and castings, which will naturally be reflected in price and quality.
3. Processing technology
In order to ensure the surface hardness of the key components of the screen changer, the corresponding processing technology must be carried out. Simply processing into machined parts with the same appearance cannot guarantee the quality of the screen changer. Even if there are relevant processing technologies, different processing methods and processing time will also cause different quality of the screen changer, which is also the difference in the quality of screen changers on the market.
