How to solve the leakage problem of plate screen changer

As a widely used equipment in plastic extrusion filtration equipment, plate screen changer should take measures to solve the leakage problem when it leaks. The following solutions and the structure of plate hydraulic screen changer are explained.
When the leakage is at the connection between the flange and the plate screen changer, the reason for this situation is: it may be because when installing the screen changer, there are impurities on the end face of the connecting ring that have not been cleaned up, or the bolts of the flange are not tightened diagonally in sequence, and the flange and the screen changer connection end face are uneven. After disassembly, clean up the waste at the connection between the screen changer and the flange, and tighten the bolts diagonally in sequence again to ensure that the gap between the flange and the screen changer is the same.
When the gap of the heating ring of the plate screen changer leaks, the reason for this situation is: the pressure sensor hole reserved at the inlet of the plate screen changer is not plugged, or the plug is not tightened, just tighten the pressure sensor or the pressure sensor plug. When the plate screen changer's slide plate and the screen changer body are connected, the reasons for this situation are: the assembly quality problem of the plate screen changer, the leakage occurs just after installation, and the machine is returned to the factory for reassembly. If the leakage occurs during the warranty period, it is repaired on site or returned to the factory for repair. If the leakage occurs again after repair, a new machine is sent.
The structure of the plate screen changer is mainly composed of the screen changer body (steel), reciprocating slide plate (alloy steel), hydraulic tie rod cylinder, heater, removable porous plate, etc. The screen changer body adopts a cylindrical overall structure design and a compensating seal to ensure no leakage, smooth flow channel and small space occupation; the hydraulic cylinder adopts a tie rod cylinder, which is easy to disassemble and replace the oil seal. It is the most widely used plate screen changer on the market. The plate screen changer body adopts cylindrical and square shapes, which are designed differently according to the convenience of the processing technology. The hydraulic tie rod cylinder and the welding cylinder also have their own advantages. Different choices can be made according to different preferences, on-site working conditions and processing speed. Plate type screen changers are divided into: single plate double-station hydraulic screen changer and double plate double-station hydraulic screen changer.
